Are you tired of feeling overwhelmed by the constant barrage of notifications and content on your screens? Do you worry that your digital habits are harming your productivity, well-being, or relationships? If so, we have good news: there is a solution.

Introducing Digital Diet, an innovative app that helps you achieve a healthy balance between productive screen usage and social media/harmful content. By tracking your habits and shifting them towards your goals, you can adopt a healthier digital lifestyle that supports your well-being and success.

The diary feature that allows you to update and track your screen habits on a daily basis. By consistently updating your diary, you can receive a DMI score (Digital Metabolism Score, similar to your BMI Score) that reflects the balance of your screen usage over time. This can help you identify patterns and make informed decisions about how to use your screens in a healthy and productive way. The DMI score, acts like a "geiger counter" for your screen usage. It provides you with a measure of how balanced your habits are, helping you to identify areas where you may be overusing or lacking with your usage. By understanding your current habits, you can make adjustments to achieve a more balanced and healthy relationship with your screens.

Digital Diet is a valuable tool for anyone looking to improve their digital habits and lead a healthier, more balanced life. Whether you want to increase your productivity, boost your well-being, or achieve a more balanced screen usage, this app can help you reach your goals. So why wait? Take control of your digital life today with Digital Diet.

In future versions of the Digital Diet app, I plan to add additional features like: you could set and track goals to better improve your digital balance. You could also participate in "digital workout" plans that provide healthy activities/content to complete on your screens, helping you feel better both mentally and physically. Examples of digital workouts might include meditation exercises, guided nature walks, or educational videos.

And just for kicks, here are the original mockups I had created before the app was built!. And thanks to @taimoorsaeed for his help on the app!
